What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us through a form on this website. That includes your name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number, the country or location your request relates to, the type of request, and whatever you write in the request summary. If you attach a document — a terms of reference, RFQ, RFP or specification — we receive that document and its contents.
Our web server keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, as part of normal hosting operation.
Why we use it
We use what you send us to understand your request and respond to it. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and are visible only to authorised Nyuzi staff who are signed in. Documents you attach are stored in a private directory that is not published on this website and is not linked from any public page.
How long we keep it
To be confirmed by Nyuzi before launch. State the retention period for enquiries and attached documents here.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If analytics are added later, this section must be updated and a consent mechanism added before they are switched on.
